Children’s Bible Ministries

The purpose of CBM is to teach the Bible, evangelize the unreached, and disciple believers of all ages, encouraging and equipping them for active service for Jesus Christ in their community, local church, and the world.

Knox County Association of Baptists

The Knox County Association of Baptists is a network of 157 churches across Knox County and East Tennessee living out God’s mission so that all people might be connected to Christ and His Church. KCAB serves the greater Knox County community through Community Engagement, Disaster Relief, Western Heights and Montgomery Village Baptist Centers and Camp Ba-Yo-Ca.

choices resource center

Since 1992, Choices Resource Center has been providing support for women and men facing the challenges of an unplanned pregnancy. All of their services are free and available to everyone, regardless of age, religion, race or gender. Their caring staff provides physical, emotional and spiritual resources, while advocating for the sanctity of human life and sharing the love of Jesus Christ with their clients.

Their services are made possible by the support of the local community, who help provide volunteer, financial, and material resources for their pregnancy resource center.

street hope tn

The mission of Street Hope TN is to eliminate the sexual exploitation and trafficking of children  in Tennessee and to provide safe environments to foster healing and hope through Jesus Christ.

mission of hope

Mission of Hope is a ministry that assists many of our less fortunate Appalachian neighbors with much-needed goods and resources. They extend a helping hand and bring a bright ray of sunshine and hope to those who might not have much otherwise. For more details on how you can serve contact Tim McGhee (tmcghee@fbcpowell.org).

Campus Outreach | UTK

It is through these life-on-life relationships that college students come to know Christ, mature in their relationship with Him, and share their lives and faith with others through evangelism and discipleship.

The influence of Campus Outreach does not end at graduation. The success of our vision is measured best by the students who carry the vision of reaching the lost world with them after college. Our prayer is that alumni will continue to grow in their relationship with God, share their faith with those who don’t know Jesus, and continue the process of discipling others.

UTK baptist collegiate ministry

The Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM) at The University of Tennessee is a place where students can come to connect with other, connect with the UT campus, and connect with God in your own spiritual journey. It is a place to come and hang out in-between classes, learn more about doing missions, worship on Thursday nights, and just experience life with fellow students at the University of Tennessee.
